Pancake Day is arguably one of the best days of the year! It’s a greatexcuse to eat a huge stack of pancakes, but it’s also a great opportunity to get creative and try new pancake recipes. This Shrove Tuesday, try something new and incorporate a scoop of one of our deliciousLQ Collagen Powders into your batter. Here are just a few delicious collagen pancake recipes to get you started.
Add the milk, flour, collagen powder, sugar, salt, vanilla extract and melted butter into a blender. Blend until you get a smooth and foamy consistency.
Pour a quarter of your batter into a non-stick pan over a medium heat and swirl the batter around the whole pan, spreading the mixture so that you get a bigger pancake.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until you get a nice golden bottom, and flip.
Continue to cook for a further minute, then remove it off the heat.
Place on a plate and fold the crepe into quarters.
Top with the melted chocolate and banana slices.
